The licence, in plain English

Every sample pack and preset pack we sell is royalty-free. You buy it once, and you can use it in anything you release, for as long as you like, without paying us again.

You can

  • Release tracks commercially on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and every other platform.
  • Keep 100% of your royalties. We take nothing from what you earn.
  • Use the sounds in client work, sync placements, games and film.
  • Modify, chop, pitch, reverse and process the sounds however you like.
  • Use them in live performance and DJ sets.

You cannot

  • Resell or redistribute the sounds as samples, presets or a sample pack.
  • Upload the raw files to sample libraries, sound sharing sites or torrent them.
  • Register the unaltered sounds with a content ID system.
  • Claim authorship of the sound design itself.

The short version

Make music with it and keep everything you earn. Just don't sell the sounds themselves on to someone else. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us. We answer every message.
