Who you are buying from

Zynthion is run from Norway. You can reach us at info@zynthion.com or through the contact page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and the amount you pay is the total shown at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe. When every pack in a bundle is in your cart, you are charged the bundle price.

Digital products

Sample packs and presets are delivered as downloads. Your download links appear on the order page as soon as payment is confirmed, are sent to your email, and stay in your account if you have one. Links are valid for 30 days; write to us if you need new ones.

What you may do with the sounds is set out in the licence. In short: use them in your own music, commercially and royalty-free, but don't resell or redistribute the sounds themselves.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law.

For digital products, the right ends once the download is made available, because at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you then lose the right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or not as described, you are still entitled to have it put right or refunded.

For services, you can withdraw within 14 days of ordering. If you have asked us to start work within that period, you pay for the work done up to the moment you withdraw. The right ends once the service has been fully delivered.

To withdraw, email info@zynthion.com with your order number.

Mixing, mastering and production

What's included, the number of revision rounds and the usual turnaround are described on each service page (mixing, mastering, ghost production). Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Payment is in full when you book.

You confirm that you have the rights to any audio you send us. You keep ownership of your music; for ghost production, the finished track and its rights are yours once paid for in full.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you paid for. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If we can't resolve a disagreement together, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
